About
Yoga & Art &Garden
Each weave through the musings and creative offerings of Elizabeth Bell
Elizabeth’s yoga and breath-work is sought after, and her guided meditation for women ‘Ovarian Temple’ is valued by many.
Examples of her art can be found in Australian and international collections. In 2019, the National Gallery of Victoria purchased the complete collection of pop-political screen prints on linen, ‘Tea Towels d’Art’ made in collaboration Judith Lodwick.
Her mirror mosaics gleam in many gardens where they quietly bring light and contemplation to the darker spaces.
All activity revolves around retrosuburban systems of permaculture where the interconnectedness of all things dance and play. As Marcus Aurelius said in his Meditations, ‘It loved to happen.’
Elizabeth also has a particular fondness for the large and muscular worms which turn the deep river loam on the land of her home on the banks of the Yarra in Melbourne, Australia.
