Elizabeth draws with mirror, tile and glass.
Her ever–changing mosaics bounce colour and light.
Each work is unique and doubles reflects back all the qualities of a space, especially a garden.
Her reflective work may also foster contemplation.

A story.
Once upon a time, an ancient bevelled mirror broke. Shattered, the shards held a potency that refused disposal. Instead, we slipped them under the couch, each of us indifferent to the apocrypha of ‘bad luck’.
Some years later, (was it 7?) the shards had to be moved. Time to act. She began to arrange the pieces back into its original circular form. But, instead of complying obidiently, the pieces, seemingly of their own accord, rearranged themselves into this form, the form of a woman. Curiouser and –

As time passed, the work continued to flow. As well as female forms, plant forms, spiral forms, great symbolic forms, insect forms and bird forms began to appear.
